Oh, and if you're wondering how this came to be...... 

 

Recently I released this video about starting to heal from my fiancé breaking off our engagement.

I had never opened up on camera like that before so I had no idea what the response I would get. It turned out to be overwhelmingly positive with people emailing from all walks of life with their stories of grieving and healing.

What people didn't know is that by the time that video aired (only a couple of weeks after it was filmed), I had been doing my own 30 day meditation challenge and I had never felt better. I was in the middle of grieving the biggest loss of my life and even though it had only been one month, I was happy, I felt strong and healthy, and I had found purpose like I hadn't felt in a long time. 

Don't get me wrong, there are still days that are incredibly tough, but I credit so much of my healing to my meditation practice, (which btw I was a total newbie to meditation at the time that this all went down).

The moral of the story is, I got so many benefits from this practice and I also know how hard it is to do anything without accountability, so I wanted to share this practice with my community in hopes we can all reap the magic of this practice. 

And I have no doubt we will.
